The education concept of College of Atmospheric Sciences includes three elements, morals,
contributions, and education. The aim of the education is to help the students to achieve an ideal life.
Morals: Respect and Follow the law of the nature. Respect human nature, and follow the history.

is the historical trend. Therefore, we advocate working for our country and people, happily, corporately, openly, and effectively.
Contributions: Create and inherit scientific spirit and wealth for human being. Therefore, we advocate
doing scientific research for national needs, scientific focuses and the word leading edge.
Education: Cultivate students with moral excellence and great contributions. Therefore, we advocate
training of personnel for the needs, the world and the future.
