The International Workshop on Land Surface Multi-spheres Processes of Tibetan Plateau and their Environmental and Climate Effects Assessment jointly hosted by TPE international plan, Chinese Academy of Science, UCLA, American Geophysical Union, National Natural Science Foundation of China, CUIT and other units was successfully held from Aug 8^th to 10^th in Xining.11 scholars from China, Japan, America, German, Sweden , focused on Tibetan Plateau climate change, the melting of glaciers, the simulation of surface hydrological processes, the eastern Asian monsoon evolution and other topics, made a presentation respectively.
