October 21 morning, Prof. Xin Wang from Lanzhou University, delivered an academic lecture entitled the characteristics of black carbon and other absorbing particles in seasonal snow cover in northern China. He studied the black carbon content and albedo in the snow cover through the snow observation experiment, and studied the numerical simulation of radiation effect of the black carbon and the dust by considering the source of the aerosol and the human activities. Teachers and students were benefit a lot through the lecture.
