At 2:30 pm on December 5, the acceptance meeting of the “Meteorological Forecast Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center Construction” project jointly developed by Chengdu University of Information Technology and the Chengdu SUNSHEEN Technology Company, Ltd. was held in Room 310 of the Meteorological Building. Zhou Yunjun, deputy dean of the School of Atmospheric Sciences, directors of various departments, directors of various laboratories, project participation teachers, and R&D team members of Chengdu SUNSHEEN Technology Company, Ltd. attended the meeting.

Through the efforts of both parties for nearly one year, the project completed the virtual simulation experiment portal, management platform and seven virtual simulation experiment projects. The acceptance is carried out in three aspects: project construction, system results display and project operation and maintenance services. The participating teachers agreed that the meteorological forecast virtual simulation experiment teaching center has a reasonable structure, perfect functions, stable operation and good performance. It basically realizes a highly simulated virtual experiment environment, integrates all the experiment course contents, and can basically meet the experiment teaching of the School of Atmospheric Sciences, so as the design requirements, and was agreed to pass the test.
